Buffet for the senses.
Evenings of breathing so deeply I'm near to hyperventilation
Earthy dampness, nostrils flared
Rain on warm soil
Worms on the sidewalk, Catkins dropped on the lawn
Sticky Beech tree buds
Robins, Redwing blackbirds
And the peepers.
